		<description>Great post - and so true.  So many have started their own business, thinking that it was going to set them free - only to find themselves enslaved to a new master.   Did you read Gerber&#039;s &quot;The E-Myth&quot;?  It too has a theme on business &quot;systems&quot; and how important they are to the true entrepreneur.</description>
